Rob Pennington, Ph.D., was an educational psychologist with decades of experience providing practical tools for improving the performance of leaders and teams through a better balance of authority and collaboration. A graduate of the APA-approved Counseling Psychology program at the University of Texas at Austin, trained in organizational development through the National Training Laboratory (NTL), Dr. Rob also served as a faculty member of three universities and is an award-winning author.
